AMG Chrome Head of Human Resources Samantha Scarfe and Head of Supply Chain Katie Ford are involved as mentors in the “Woman in Business Mentorship” program. The one-year program at the local university in Sheffield Hallam, UK, was launched in January and is aimed at female students in their final year and postgraduate studies: the students can get advice and support from successful women in business. The aim is to give female students confidence and industry know-how to help them launch their careers.
